The two physical sunscreens

• PhysicalGuard Tinted Sunscreen: zinc oxide 10% + titanium dioxide 5.5%, non-nano, tinted with iron oxides. The tint offsets the white cast that mineral filters leave, and it is sheer enough to wear alone or under makeup. Water resistant. The version for medium to deep skin tones, and for reef-rule destinations such as Hawaii.
• PhysicalGuard Non-Tinted Sunscreen: zinc oxide 12% + octinoxate 7.5%, with niacinamide in the base. No tint, so it layers under your own foundation. Octinoxate is restricted in Hawaii, so take the tinted version there.
